TRACER STUDY - Online Tracer Study Exercise

The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and Alumni & Career Services Division (ACSD) of IIUM are conducting the Online Tracer Study for all new graduates of IIUM.
Please take note that completing both questionnaires is compulsory

1. Graduands are required to fill-in the Tracer Study questionnaire which can be accessed via IIUM website or directly at:
1. http://itdportal.iiu.edu.my/tracer - for IIUM Alumni Tracer Study
2. http://graduat.mohe.gov.my - for MOHE Tracer Study
2. Duration for filling in the Tracer Study questionnaires:
1. The access to the system will be opened from 11th September 2009 until 10th October 2009.
2. The access to the system will be closed on the first day of IIUM 25th Convocation Ceremony (10th October 2009)
3. Proof of Submission
1. Graduands are required to print confirmation slips of both Tracer Studies (MOHE and Alumni). These slips are to be submitted to registration counter when you collect your invitation, multimedia cards and convocation attire.
2. Failing to present the slips (2) will prevent graduands from collecting their convocation attire, invitation and multimedia cards.
4. Please note that it is COMPULSORY for all graduates to fill up the Tracer Study form ONLINE. We appreciate your kind co-operation and wish you success in future endeavors.

Note:

1. Incorrect personal details in:

a) IIUM Online Tracer Study – please come to Admissions & Records Division office (for undergraduate students) or Centre of Postgraduate Studies office (for postgraduate students) to update your personal information.

b)MOHE Tracer Study – please email the correct information to tracerstudy@iiu.edu.my

2. Unable to access to the both tracer study system. Kindly contact the Alumni & Career Services Division at 03 - 6196 4038/4033.
