If you have spam that is quarantined, then you will receive an email notification from MailMarshal entitled "MailMarshal Message Digest." This will provide you with a summary of the quarantined Spam. You can then link directly from this report to either manage your spam via the Spam Quarantine Management Console or you can release an individual message.

| 1. Register Your Mailmarshal | | Watch the Demo |
- Open Internet Explorer, At the Address bar type marshalweb.iiu.edu.my/SpamConsole/ and Click Go
- Look for "First time user?" Click "Register" button.
- In the empty field type in your email address and click "Request Password" button.

| 2. Receive Confirmation mail with Password | | Watch the Demo |
- Mailmarshal will send a confirmation mail to your mailbox. Open your iium email and copy the password
|
| 3. Login into MailMarshal | | Watch the Demo |
- Open mailmarshal, in "Your Email Address" field, enter in your email address.
- Point your mouse into Your Password field, and paste the password copied before
- Click Login In button

- Click on Change my Spam Quarantine Management System
- Paste the passsword into Old Password field, Type in new password in New Password and Confirm New Password field.
- Click Change Password button

| 5. Review and UnBlocked Email | | Watch the Demo |
- To review your blocked email, look at the top menu and click Folder menu to see which folder has quarantine your blocked email
- Select one or more messages by checking the box at the left of each Subject row.
- Click UnBlock Email to release the selected messages
- If the email listed is a spam or junk mail you can just delete it by selecting the left box of each mail and click delete

| 6. Safe Senders List | | Watch the Demo |
This feature is to allows user to maintain a list of "safe senders".
Under the default set of rules, email from these senders will never be blocked by the MailMarshal SpamCensor
- Click on Edit list of safe senders
- Enter your trusted senders email address at the given field.
- Click "Add" and the email address will be shown in the box

| 7. Blocked Senders List | | Watch the Demo |
This feature is allows a user to maintain a list of
"Blocked senders". Under the default set of rules, email from these senders
will always be quarantined as Spam.
The user will still be able to review these messages
and remove the block at any time
- To Block a sender that always send you a spam, just add the senders address
- To Block a domain enter the domain name. i.e: *@hotmail.com
note: * means all

- This feature made the user receive a single digest of blocked email including all the addresses
- After adding the addresses at the field given, Mailmarshal will send an email to the address for the confirmation

This allows a user to delegate rights to review their blocked email.For instance, a manager could give this right to a PA |
