The Crown Princess Hotel, which is the venue of the conference, has agreed to give special rates to conference participants. You will never see these rates in the vicinity of Jalan Ampang in November (holiday period in Malaysia).

Please note that the prices shown are ‘old’ prices, before the most recent increases in gasoline and food prices. The hotel has no choice but to comply with what was earlier agreed. However, meal package (six meals) has been taken off the options.

Conference participants will be provided with morning tea, buffet lunch and afternoon tea, and a Welcome Dinner on Monday November 24, 2008 (8 pm to 10 pm)..

Secondly, please mention this conference upon booking and confirm all prices, as shown, before booking.

If you have problems with reservations, please contact us. Alternatively, you may try to find cheaper and reliable hotels in the vicinity of an LRT (Putra Line) station.

:: ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION:

Limited rooms in the campus hostel have been reserved for those interested to stay on campus and are on a budget.  The price is RM60 per night, single occupancy, and very comfortable and quiet (since it is the semester break). However, the office is closed on Sundays, so please inform us of your arrival to arrange for key pick up. Food is available on campus. Pls bring umbrella, since it rains all the time.
