:: ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts should be 250 words of a paper that will be presented in 20 minutes, with 10-minute discussion. The language of abstract and presentation will be in English. Two members of the abstract committee will review all abstracts and results notification will be sent out within 2 weeks of submission.

Abstracts should have the following information:

  • Title of paper
  • Type of Presentation (Paper or Poster)
  • Name of author(s)
  • Institutional Affiliation
  • E-mail address
  • Postal address
  • Telephone and fax numbers
  • Body of abstract
  • Brief biodata of 50 to 80 words.

Deadline of abstract submission:            CLOSED
Deadline for registration and payment:     CLOSED

 

Note

  • The paper is original and has not been presented at any other conferences or seminars.
  • Presenters are responsible for any handouts for the participants (30-40 copies).
  • The content of the presentation must not differ much from the abstract submitted.
  • Communication will only be addressed to the lead presenter.

Early contributors may be contacted for work to be published in a book titled “English and Asia” which will be available during the conference. However, inclusion of papers in this publication presupposes a confirmed participation in the conference
