HISTORY

Student Affairs Division was formerly known as Academic and Student Affairs Division. (ASAD). The office of ASAD was responsible on both student’s academic and student affairs. The Student Affairs Division which was established in 1990 only concentrates on its core business, ie. Student Affairs. The Student Affairs Division (STAF) consists of four departments namely Student and Administrative Services Department, Mahallah Administration and Coordination Department, Counseling Services Department, and Facilities, Food and Services Department. The division is under the purview of Office & Deputy Rector Student and Alumni Affairs.

To become an excellent student’s service division underlining quality services and facilities which will achieve a conducive   living and learning environment.

MISSION

To be a valued partner to the university community:

  • In realizing and enhancing students’ potential as well-balanced person
  • In providing excellent student services towards achieving customers' satisfaction as well as the IIUM’s vision and mission
